In-Home Personal Training in Ridgewood, NJ.

Train with Joe, the owner, in your home. Same trainer every session.

If you live in Ridgewood and keep meaning to get back in shape, the problem usually isn't motivation. It's time. Between the train into the city, work, and family schedules, driving to a gym and back can eat an hour before the workout even starts — and the Route 17 gyms aren't close or quick.

5CoreFitness removes that step. Your trainer comes to your home in Ridgewood, brings all the equipment, and runs the session right there — living room, basement, garage, or backyard. You get a real workout and a real program. You skip the drive, the parking lot, and the wait for equipment.

Who it's for

Ridgewood commuters.

If your day starts with the train from Ridgewood station into Hoboken or Penn Station, training has to happen early and at home — or it doesn't happen. Most Ridgewood clients train before work.

Busy parents.

When your week runs on school drop-offs, practices, and summers at Graydon Pool, an hour at the gym is really two hours out of the day. At home, it's just the workout.

Former athletes.

You played, you know how to work, and you want structure again — a program that progresses, not random workouts.

Anyone who prefers home.

You live in Ridgewood, or nearby in Glen Rock, Ho-Ho-Kus, Midland Park, Wyckoff, or Fair Lawn, and you'd rather train in your own space than join a gym.

How it works

  1. 1

    Free 15-minute consultation.

    A short phone call about your goals, your schedule, and your space. No workout, no pressure, no obligation.

  2. 2

    $50 introductory session.

    A full training session at your home, so you can see exactly how it works before committing to anything.

  3. 3

    Pick a package and train.

    Sessions are scheduled around your week — early mornings are the most popular slots in Ridgewood. Joe brings everything the workout needs. You just need a clear space about the size of a parking spot.

Why not a trainer app or franchise?

  • Who you talk to first: Joe, the owner — not a sales advisor.
  • Who trains you: Joe, every session — not whichever contractor is available.
  • Local: 5CoreFitness is Bergen County based, and Joe trains in Ridgewood himself — not a national company with an 800 number.

What a session looks like

Every session follows a plan built around your goals. Most sessions run like this: a short warm-up to get you moving well; the main work — strength training (squats, presses, rows, carries) with the equipment Joe brings, set at your level; a short finisher to close it out; notes on what you did, so the next session builds on the last one. No two clients get the same program. If you have an old injury or a knee that bothers you, the plan works around it. If you're already strong, it pushes you.

Packages

Training works when it's consistent, so sessions come in packages:

  • 8 sessions — $960 ($120 per session);
  • 12 sessions — $1,380 ($115 per session) — most popular;
  • 20 sessions — $2,200 ($110 per session).

Every package starts with the free consultation and the $50 introductory session, so you're never buying blind.
